One way to understand any brain, whether you are struggling, steady or chasing your best. It is the same model for all three, because every brain runs on the same four things.

What it is.

Not a label and not a diagnosis. A way of explaining how you are functioning right now, and what is actually moving it. Four things, working together.

The four factors

Three of them you can change. One of them you cannot, and were never meant to.

Neurotype

The brain you have. Stable. Not a fault, a type.

Amplifiers

Sleep, stress, hormones, nutrition. They turn the volume up or down on how your neurotype shows up.

Supports and demands

The fit between what is being asked of you and what is holding you up.

Functioning

How you are doing right now. A reading that moves, not a label.
