Diagnosis is the start, not the end. If you choose medication, we find the right one at the right dose, then hand you back.
Six areas are screened as standard, in every assessment, because what looks like one thing is so often driven by another. Physical health is one of them, and it is the part most clinics leave out: thyroid, energy, cardiovascular strain, sleep and, where it applies, the hormonal cycle. The brain is part of the body, and we assess it that way.
We don’t just give you the answer, we don’t just show you the working out, we educate you so that you are empowered to manage yourself in the longer term and aren’t reliant on services.

Treatment is separate from the assessment and entirely your choice. Where medication is right for you, this covers prescribing, titration and review while your dose is settled. Once you are stable we aim to set up shared care so your own GP prescribes on the NHS.
