If your assessment shows that ADHD or another condition may be present, your clinician will take time to talk things through with you and agree clear next steps based on your needs, preferences, and overall wellbeing.
Support can include practical strategies, coaching, talking therapies, sleep and lifestyle support, or other clinical options where appropriate. Everything is discussed openly, so you understand what’s available and can choose what feels right for you.
